Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between the banquet service and the hot buffet?

The banquet service is a plated meal, three to five courses, served at the tables and paced to suit a seated event: weddings, receptions, corporate dinners. The hot buffet presents the hot dishes self-serve: more relaxed and flexible, it suits large groups and casual formats. The right choice depends on the style of your event and the number of guests.

Does the menu really change every holiday season?

Yes. Our chef and his brigade create a new menu for every holiday season, based on the fresh products available in Quebec and the Lanaudière region and on current trends. Both packages, banquet and hot buffet, are offered year-round; it is the dishes that change.

Do you offer options for allergies and special diets?

Yes. Our menus accommodate the main allergies and intolerances, as well as special diets, vegetarian, gluten-free, and so on. Let us know your guests’ restrictions when you request your quote and, for an allergy management fee of $5 per person, our chef and his team will adjust the dishes accordingly and take the necessary precautions.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking as early as possible. Demand is high over the holiday season, so plan ahead to be sure of getting the best dates. Shorter notice is sometimes possible, subject to availability.
